Business Development Manager

As our newest Business Development Manager, you will contribute to our business growth by working with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Vi reward platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Qualify prospects to meet target client requirements.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of prospects and continuously move them through the sales funnel.
- Report and manage client relationships in Salesforce.
- Properly transition new clients to the Vi Client Success Team.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales closing experience carrying a quota (software sales is a plus).
- Consultative selling experience.
- Strong sales fundamentals: Prospecting, outreach, discovery, objection handling, pipeline management, forecasting, and closing skills.
- Experience articulating ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree.
