Director of Client Success

Jodi Welch is our Director of Client Success at Virtual Incentives. Jodi manages our entire team of Client Success Managers, a team devoted to you, our clients. She works with the Client Success Managers to provide and build the most seamless and accommodating client experiences.

Jodi joins us after 14+ years with Group O, where her most recent role was Senior Manager of Business Development. Her experience in Rebate Management at Group O directly translates to the Virtual Incentives Reward Platform offer. She also has experience as a Marketing Manager for Gilbane Building Company in Chicago, Illinois.

At Virtual Incentives, Jodi strives to help her team understand our clients’ business needs and develop and maintain technical expertise to help our clients in every way. All while guiding them on how Vi can provide our clients with the best experience to reward their recipients.
